smaller bowls?

Hi Vicki,
I'd heard of doing this, so I think I'll try it. We rarely actually eat on plates, however...especially in winter. Lots and lots of soups and salads. I do have some smaller soup bowls I think I'll start using since clearly portion control is a challenge when the soup bowl is large! I'm not looking for overnight miracles, but it would be great to have a few pounds gradually and painlessly melt away. We've done it with our dogs by cutting back just a bit and over a few months they've lost several pounds. It's a bit harder when it's not just a matter of cutting back 1/2 scoop of kibble, though!!

Thanks for the inspiration,
Tamara

salad plate

I asked a friend "How did you lose all that weight?" And she replied, "I eat dinner off a salad plate."

It seemed too simple, but I tried it and, sure enough, it is working!!! All I changed is to eat my dinner off a salad plate.

So, if you are tired of dieting, counting calories, points & watching every morsel that goes into your mouth and not losing those pesky extra pounds, give this super simple diet a try.

Now, the pounds won't just melt off, but they will come off over time.

this blog is open to my friends and their friends who want to join with me and use the easiest weight loss system ever.

Love,
Vicki Vemeer

ps. I have lost 8 pounds over the summer.
